Shipping
For fully covered dispatch (postage and packing) we charge 10 € within Germany, 20 € within the EU and 35 € worldwide.
The painting will be shipped rolled and well protected in a solid cardboard box.

The Paint A Legend Satisfaction Offer
During the process of production you will receive a photograph of the painting. You can inform us about mistakes or any changings and the painting will be changed.

You receive a further photograph for examination. If you are still discontent with the result after a change of your painting and another sending of a photograph, we will offer to produce the painting a second time, in a legitimate case.

Information About The Right Of Cancellation
Each painting will be produced individually according the client's wish, therefore the right of return cannot be offered. You are able to cancel the order written (by e-mail, letter, fax) at any time. In this case we would only invoice the work and costs which have been carried out until this time.

Credit On Gift Card
If the credit on your gift card is not sufficient you may certainly pay the balance to us directly. Any existing balance to the credit of your account will stay on your card (remaining credit) and can be used for a next order.
